About the Site and the product
The Site provides information about StreamXLS, a software product for bridging Microsoft Excel to the Interactive Brokers Trader Workstation (TWS) API. The software is being prepared for release; the Site lets you request early access. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, a solicitation, or a binding commitment, and product features, specifications, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice.
No software license granted here
These Terms cover the Site only. They do not grant you any right to use the StreamXLS software. Any use of the software will be governed by a separate license agreement provided to you at the time of trial or purchase.
No investment advice
StreamXLS provides software. We do not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice, and nothing on the Site is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to pursue any trading or investment strategy. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
Trademarks and independence
StreamXLS is independent work and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Interactive Brokers. Interactive Brokers, Trader Workstation, the TWS API, and Microsoft Excel are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification only; their use is governed by their respective licenses.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by StreamXLS LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may view the Site for your own informational use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or exploit Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, scraping or harvesting data for unsolicited messaging, submitting false information, or using it in violation of applicable law.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Severability; entire agreement; no waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and StreamXLS LLC regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the current version; your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
